7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with MessageOpen Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

No Questions Asked

Within the 7-day period, we'll process your refund without requiring any explanation.

Eligible Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase
  • This is your first purchase of a Pro subscription

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase
  • Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly)
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month/year usage after the 7-day period
  • Previous refunds already granted on your account

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to hello@messageopen.com
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Mention "Refund Request" in the subject line

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

After Your Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your Pro subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan
  • You will retain access to Free plan features
  • Pro-only data may be deleted according to Free plan limits

Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note the difference:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund: Returns your payment. Pro access ends immediately.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page without requesting a refund.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (such as extended service outages or billing errors), we may offer refunds outside the standard policy at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
